Shoaib Basheer
Shoaib Basheer is a highly accomplished CEO with a strong background in civil and structural engineering, as well as extensive experience as a quantity surveyor. His journey began in the construction industry, where he gained valuable experience and developed expertise in various aspects of engineering, project management, and cost estimation.
As a civil engineer, he worked on diverse projects, focusing on designing and analyzing structures to ensure safety and efficiency. His knowledge in structural engineering and quantity surveying enables him to tackle complex challenges in construction, ensuring that each project meets regulatory standards and client expectations while effectively managing costs.
In 2018, he founded Naseeb Estimation, where he leads a dedicated team that specializes in providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. His leadership has been instrumental in the company’s growth, earning a reputation for quality service and client satisfaction.

A construction material takeoff is the process of identifying and listing all the materials needed for a project. It's used for preparing accurate bids when competing for contracts. This information is also important to calculate costs and ensure the correct quantities are ordered.
For most projects, we usually deliver within 2 to 3 business days. However, for bigger or more complex jobs, it may take 4 to 6 business days. We will always give you a timeline before starting the work. If you have an urgent project and need it done faster, let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
We focus on Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects, offering estimating services for various types of work, such as Remodeling, New Construction, High Rises, Multifamily buildings, Restaurants, Mixed-Use Retail and Residential spaces, Warehouses, and more. Our clients include General Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Architects, Owners, Banks, Appraisers, Insurance Companies, and other key partners.
We use digital tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Buildxact, Cubit, and ConX to measure quantities. For labor and material costs, we rely on Estimator Platinum by Cordell (AUS), and the Craftsman National Construction Estimator & RS Means (USA), which are updated regularly. This helps us provide accurate and competitive bids tailored to your project's location, even down to the zip code.
Addendums are usually provided during the tender period, but they can also be issued after the quote has been submitted. These post-submission addendums are typically minor and don’t lead to extra costs. However, if there’s a major change, we’re happy to review and adjust the quoted price as needed.
We work closely with you before finalizing the estimate to ensure you're fully satisfied. Our estimates are very accurate and based on your project's zip code, ensuring competitive pricing. These estimates serve as pricing guidelines, allowing you to make final adjustments using the Excel Spreadsheet we provide. You can easily update things like supervision, equipment, profit, wastage percentages, and even adjust any of the estimated costs manually.
Our full estimate package includes an editable Excel spreadsheet with a detailed material takeoff list, labor and material pricing, reference markings, and marked-up PDF plans. These plans show the markings and any additional notes needed for the project.
You can pay us easily using Bank Wire Transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, remittance services like WorldRemit, Xoom, or Remitly, as well as online banking platforms and payment apps like Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
